David Hwang (GMU) and Patrick Schaumont have organized a special session at ISCAS 2008 on the use of CMOS circuit-level effects to create trustworthy applications. Besides the overview presentation, the special session has contributions by research groups from Philips NXP, Boston University, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and Virginia Tech.

Nov 2007 - Herwin graduates, Mike visiting KU Leuven in Belgium

Herwin Chan has been a visiting researcher with Secure Embedded Systems Virginia Tech since the spring of 2007. He will do his PhD defense at UCLA at the end of November. This has been a great time. Good Luck, Herwin!

Michael Gora will visit the COSIC research group at the KU Leuven in Belgium, Belgium from December 15 until January 19, 2008. This is a great research opportunity!
