Topics to be discussed: The work done on using Web-based knowledge features for improved syntactic dependency and constituent parsing, learning various types of dense, continuous, task-tailored representations (aka embeddings) for improved syntactic parsing, and current work on using other modalities as knowledge, e.g., cues from speech prosody and from visual recognition.
