ECE 6604 Advanced Topics in Communcations (3C)

Advanced topics of current interest in Communications, which are taken from publications and industrial information.

What is the reason for this course?

This course gives the flexibility of teaching state-of-the-art subject matter in communications, which may not be appropriate as a regular offering. As such it also provides visiting experts the opportunity to teach our students a highly specialized course for credit, not otherwise possible.

Why are these prerequisites or corequisites required?

The prerequisite of 2nd year graduate standing reflects the nature of possible topics taught, and the fact that they will usually require a background of several graduate courses, rather than being an introductory course.
