Notice. This on-line version of the Graduate Policy Manual is the official
document for the Electrical and Computer Engineering Graduate Programs at Virginia
Tech. Some requirements may be more restrictive than what is found in the
University Graduate
Catalog and the departmental guidelines shall be used for the student's plan
of study unless in direct conflict with the University Policy. This manual is
effective Nov 15, 2004.
