Hardware support may be divided into three categories. To avoid confusion, please follow one of the three links below:

TA Responsibilities
Follow all hardware support instructions carefully.
Trade the least number of parts when performing a warranty exchange (not the entire kit).
Don't give away the good kit boxes; we need them for warranty service.
Attach a sticky note to "defective" boards, so we know what to look for.
Look in course support lockers for replacement parts.
Fill out all required paperwork.
Secure paperwork in appropriate lockers.
Don't give away parts, boards, cables, meters, or other equipment for a sob story.
