LOGICWORKS 4.0

STEP 1--ENABLE PAGE BREAKS TO SHOW ON THE DESIGN WINDOW
Go to "Schematic" on the Toolbar of the Design Window [ex.Design1.cct].
choose "Design Preferences" from the drop-down menu.
click on the "Display" tab.
check on "Show Printed Page Breaks".
choose "OK" to close the window.

STEP 2--CENTER THE DESIGN ON THE PAGE
Right Click the Mouse within the Design Window.
Choose "Center in page" from the pop-up menu.
OR
Go to "Schematic" on the Toolbar of the Design Window.
Choose "Center in Page" from the drop-down menu. *

STEP3 -- VIEW HOW MANY PAGES THE WHOLE DESIGN TAKES
Right Click the Mouse within the Design Window.
Choose "Reduce to Fit" from the pop-up menu. **

STEP 4--ADJUST THE SIZE SO THAT IT FITS IN ONE PAGE OR SO..
Go to "Schematic" on the Toolbar of the Design Window [ex.Design1.cct].
choose "Sheet Size..." from the drop-down menu.
check on the Advanced option in the pop up window.
click on the "Next" button.
Enter the Number of Pages that the schematic should be printed on, and the Scale Factor to fit the design in the pages specified.
(e.g. to print on one page the settings should be: "The output will be printed on [1] pages wide and [1] pages high")
choose "FINISH" to close the window.

With Logicworks 4.x, the number of pages that the user requested after Step 4 will be printed. That does not necessarily mean
that whole design was automatically adjusted to fit in the requested pages. There may be a need to go and re-adjust the
scale factor of the design to make the design fit in the requested pages ( by repeating Step 4).

REPEAT STEP 4 IF NEEDED

IMPORTANT:
For the design to expand  more than the number of pages that were specified in STEP 4, the user needs to:
Go to "Schematic" on the Toolbar of the Design Window [ex.Design1.cct].
choose "Sheet Size..." from the drop-down menu.
check on the Auto-expand option in the pop up window.
click on the "Next" button.
choose "FINISH" to close the window.

* IF the "Center in page" does not seem to respond properly, Copy your design,
Open a new Design Window, and Paste it in.

**It should be noted that using the "Normal Size", "Reduce to Fit",
"Enlarge", and "Reduce" options do not actually affect the printing
scale.
